If you’re having trouble logging in or accessing your course, don’t worry — it’s usually an easy fix!
Follow the steps below depending on your situation.
When you purchase a course, an account is automatically created using your email.
Click on “تسجيل دخول”, then log in using your email/username and the password you just set.
Once you log in, you’ll see all the courses you’ve purchased.
Click on a course name to open it and start learning.
If you didn’t get the email to set your password, you can reset it manually:
Go to the password reset page:

Enter your email address and click Submit.
Check your inbox for a new message and click the link:
“إضغط هنا لإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور”
Set your new password.
Return to the login page and sign in:

If you already have an account but forgot your password:
Go to the password reset page:
https://thekidspart.com/ar/my-account/lost-password/
Enter your email and click Submit.
Follow the link in the email to reset your password.
Log in again using your new password:
